6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our SAAS platform and services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our SAAS platform and services.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

10. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and your continued use of our SAAS platform after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement. We will post any modified Agreement on our website and will indicate the date of the latest revision. We recommend that you review the Agreement regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and us for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in India.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the use of our SAAS platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, between you and us regarding the subject matter contained herein.
